Your journey · stage 4 of 5

Weeks two to six

Swelling, refitting, movement and getting comfortable.

Woman wearing the black Reco Bra, making a heart shape with her hands over the front fastening

Swelling eases, energy returns in patches, and the fit of everything changes. This is refitting season: the bra that was right in week one may need its tighter row, or occasionally a size down.

The short version

Move to the tighter row of fastenings as swelling settles
Re-measure if the band rides up or feels loose; the finder takes a minute
Keep the bra on at night until your team says otherwise
Wash at 40 with no bleach; bleach destroys the antimicrobial finish

Worth doing at this stage

We don't sell any of these services or products. We've included them because recovery is about more than what you wear. Sometimes, finding the right advice, support or specialist is one of the most important parts of the journey.
